Umbro / Nacional Toolkit 2025 (Deepfake breakdown)

We’re excited to share our latest VFX Deepfake Breakdown. This project was created for the agency From_ and the production company Guacho.

What made it truly special was the challenge: we brought back characters from the 1930s and 1950s using only one or two extremely low-quality black-and-white photos — and still achieved a result that lives up to the Wild Animals standard.

To solve this, we used deepfake techniques powered by AI face-swapping models, combined with high-end compositing to achieve a polished final look.
